Rainbow Pudding Pops

Happy Friday, friends! We are wrapping up our Rainbow themed week over on Instagram with these easy peasy DIY rainbow pudding pops! You can make these yummy treats with popsicle molds or with Dixie cups, like we did!

Supplies Needed
  • Fave instant pudding (1-2 boxes)
  • Food coloring
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Popsicle molds or Dixie Cups
  • Small bowls and spoons (for mixing)
How-To

First, simply follow the instructions on the box of your fave instant pudding flavor and then equally divide pudding in separate bowls – depending upon how many colors you want.

Next, mix a few drops of food coloring in each bowl and then layer pudding inside your Dixie cups (or popsicle molds).

Add a popsicle stick in the center of each cup and cover with foil. Freeze for 4-6 hours. Note: we chose to freeze ours overnight and they turned out perfect!

These rainbow pudding pops are a great way to get little hands involved in the kitchen as they can easily help with mixing and scooping (just be aware of food coloring potentially getting on clothing)!
