Reindeer Rice Krispies Treats

Today we are kicking off the holiday baking season with these easy peasy Reindeer Rice Krispies Treats! These classic treats are perfect for your upcoming Christmas parties or an Elf on the Shelf “welcome back” breakfast. Here’s the how-to on these fun no-bake treats:

Ingredients Needed:
  • Rice Krispies Cereal (6 cups)
  • Mini Marshmallows (4 cups)
  • Butter (3 tablespoons) **
  • Chocolate Covered Pretzels
  • Edible Jumbo Eye Candies
  • Skittles

**To make these dairy-free simply swap out the butter for 1/4 cup of coconut oil.

How-To:

Make Rice Krispies Treats according to the directions on the box. Place in a round cake pan and let cool for at least 1-1.5 hours. Slice into triangles (I was able to get 8 slices using a 9” round pan).

Okay, now for the fun part…let’s get decorating! Luckily, you only need a few toppings to transform these triangles into cute little reindeer! We opted to use chocolate covered pretzels for the antlers; however, you could also use regular pretzels. Next, add jumbo candy eyes and finish them off with red Skittles for the nose. Lastly, secure your toppings with a drop of white icing.

And there you have it, no-bake Reindeer Rice Krispies Treats that are sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike!
