It’s officially fall, y’all! The leaves are changing and the temps are (finally!) beginning to drop here in South Carolina. But with all of the fun that fall brings, it also brings some not so fun things, too! As a preschool teacher, I have learned a thing or two about supporting wellness for myself (and my family).
